Thank you so much for supporting my work. What you have in your hands here is the Mother Lode of health, wellness and vitality. I am certain that, if you are dilligent, the changes you will begin to produce in your life will be monumental, just liket it was with me. There is A LOT of material here, but don't let that overwhelm you. My suggestion is that you begin by going through the FastingOlogy lessons so you become familiar with the action steps.

Then wait no longer and actually begin to work each weekly lesson to the best of your ability. Yes, I recommend that you do ONLY one lesson weekly. One may be eager to make progress and wish to do multiple lessons per week. But I discourage that. This process works best and yields the highest results when it is done with patience... one baby step at a time. Otherwise we could become overwhelmed.

Remember, most of us did not become overweight and/or toxic overnight. So let's treat our bodies with kindness just like we would an ailing friend. This approach, believe it or not, will always produce the quickest and most notable results.

While you review each of the weekly FastingOlogy lessons, pick one of the 10 books, one with the topic that interests you the most. Get a highlighter, a notebook, a pen and begin to read and meditate on each of the pages, making it a point to fully internalize the material until you feel that you understand it. This is exactly how I study and it works like a charm. But even more important than reading is this: Take Action!

Again, be patient with yourself. If at first you stumble, simply pat yourself on the back for a good try, and go at it again. It took me a good two or three months of trial and error before I finally found my stride. And I haven't looked back since then.

This material is not 'fluff' or 'hype.' Everything that I write about I've proven in my own life and in the lives of hundreds of people that I have coached over the years. The main reason why some people do not reach their objective is because they are impatient. Even though with fasting you can lose one pound per day, one day still requires a full 24 hour cycle. And if you choose to fast for 30 days, then 30 days is 30 days.

In addition, you must realize that hunger and detox symptoms will often come on strongly. This should come as no surprise, and I give you plenty of 'tools' to help you get through the turbulence. What I want you to know is that hunger pangs and detox symptoms usually come in 'waves' that typically don't last longer than 20 to 30 minutes. And here's some good news: You won't perish! As long as there is fat in you, your body will continue to feed from that each day.

That doesn't mean that you shouldn't be watchful of unusual symptoms. If a symptom persists for longer than 24 hours, a good rule of thumb is to end the fast, be refreshed and start again as soon as possible. Moreover, I always encourage everybody to get full panel blood tests done before embarking on a fast longer than three days. That way you can see exactly what your condition is before you move forward.

So: Patience, Commitment, Endurance and Perseverance. Those Are The FOUR Pillars of Success in Fasting and Cleansing

You obviously have the desire, otherwise you wouldn't have invested in this package. So get to it! You can do this! I know that you can! How? Because I was a total basket case and I did it. You have to get sick and tired of being sick and tired. Get angry at the excess weight and toxicity. Become willing to do 'whatever it takes to get the job done.' Draw a line in the sand. There's NO turning back.

Finally, you can access the Fasting Masterclass member's area directly HERE .In each case, your computer will ask you where you wish to save the files. I recommend that before you download the files, that you create a new folder in your computer with the name "Alternative Medicine," or any other name you desire.

In this fashion, you can download both the books and FastingOlogy files directly to this new folder so that you can have easy access at all times. I hate having to search my computer like in a closet looking for a pair of shoes. :-) When you begin to download, please be patient; these are relatively large files and may take a few minutes to complete, depending on the speed of your Internet connection.

Zip File Software

After you download both the Holiday Package.rar and FastingOlogy files, you will need some kind of Zip file software to open them. I sent you the files in what is known as 'compressed' format, which reduces their overall size and makes them easier to transmit and deliver. Most computers already have some kind of Zip File software. If, however, you discover that your computer does not have it, don't worry. You can download a software called 7-Zip for free HERE.

After you download and install the 7-Zip free software, return to the "Alternative Medicine" folder where you initially saved the two packages. Select one of the packages with your computer mouse. Click on the RIGHT side of the computer mouse. When you 'right-click' the mouse, you will note that your computer will display a vertical menu of options such as, Extract Files, Create New File and Extract Here. Make sure to click on Extract Here.

The Extract Here option will retrieve all of the material from the compressed file and display the contents inside the 'Alternative Medicine' file you had previously created. I strongly suggest that you create a folder entitled 'Books,' and then drag and drop each book file into that folder. Do the same for the FastingOlogy file. Right-Click on it and select Extract Here.

All of the lessons will be extracted and displayed within the Alternative Medicine folder (or whatever else you chose to name it). As you did with the book package, create a folder called FastingOlogy and 'drag and drop' all of the lessons into that specific folder.

Once you are done, you should have a general file called "Alternative Medicine" (or anything else you choose to name it) and, inside of it, you should have one folder called 'books' with all 10 titles, and one folder called FastingOlogy with all of the lessons. I hope this makes sense as it is the easiest way to organize a large amount of documents in a central, easily-accessible location.

Adobe Acrobat Reader

To read the books and lessons, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader for .PDF files. Once again, most computers already have Adobe Acrobat. If your computer does not have this software, you can download and install it for free HERE.

Quick Note: The Adobe Acrobat Reader download page usually has 'optional offers' in the center of the page. Many people do not see that and end up having unwanted software rammed down their throats. Right now it has McAfee Security Scan Plus and something else called True Key. You don't need any of that for our purposes. Therefore, before you click on "Install Now," make sure to 'unclick' the optional offers, located in the center of the page. Being tricked into downloading and installing unwanted software is a big pet peeve of mine! :-)

Once you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, use it to open the books and lessons. Acrobat Reader does have a highlighting feature which I find very useful when I'm reading. In addition to that, I encourage you to start a life journal and take notes as you read. Be patient and persistent. Rome wasn't built in a day, but IT WAS BUILT! Do not look down at your days of small begginings. Cherish every small step you take.

I encourage you to place the book How To Lose Weight (And Keep it Off) By Reprogramming The Subconscious Mind at the top of your reading list. That book specifically addresses the way we think, react and behave in relation to food and eating. Many people fail with weight loss because they are subconsciously sabottaging their progress through constant negative thinking and self-defeating attitudes. Identifying those and NEUTRALIZING them is a huge step towards the change and life-long victory that you seek.
