110 Hour Water Fast...Broke Fast By Eating Everything Under The Moon...Now I'll Try Again!

Two weeks ago I did a water fast for 5 days... and broke the fast prematurely. This past week I've been overeating like crazy. I've put back on all the weight I released unfortunately.

I was at a little over 160, and I let go of around ten pounds in those water-only days. I broke the fast too soon, and gave into bad-for-my-body foods. Tomorrow I'll resume drinking water like it's my job.

I like the idea of fasting on water since hydrocloric acid isn't released, which lessens the sensation of hunger. I don't like the idea of losing lean muscle mass though, so I think I will go ahead and start the fast with one day of water, then the next day with 2 tablespoons organic coconut oil taken with some shredded coconut to aid the breakdown of undigested material in the walls of my colon.

On the same day I'd like to consume some organic homemade veggie broth. The next day I would like to indulge only on straight water. If I can continue this for a week, I would feel ready to really start a water fast. I will post again tomorrow around 10:15 pm Thanks for your support!
