12 day water fast starting tomorrow 9/13/10

HI everyone:
Starting water fast tomorrow for 12 days. I plan on going until Sept 24. Then I want to do five days of veggie juice fasting & plain salad. From there I am also planning to do another fast for the first weeks of October, around ten days.
I am here for support.
My goals are to detox & get rid of skin ailments - seborrhoeic dermatitis. I have a mild case of dermatitis bc I've been eating so much processed carbs & high fatty foods. Plus now, I have a 'muffin top' that I want GONE
In the past, I did do a 12 day water fast & lost 20 lbs. I believe I lost that much because I have a very high-speed metabolism.
I've let myself go & need to regain control of my eating habits. Going 'cold turkey' works best for me. I'm staying away from the scale & will be only taking my measurements & going by the fit of my clothing.
I have been in bondage to the scale since high school when I weighed 200 lbs and throughout college when I plateaued at 160-155 lbs. (started running & strength training program)
After college, I managed & maintained a weight of 130-125. Though a series of water fasting & eating wholesome organic foods, my lowest was 112. So, here I am. Thankful for this site & all this wealth of information.
