14 Days In and Weight Loss Has Slowed Tips Anyone?

Hi all,
Like the title says I'm 14 days in to an at least 21 day water fast. (My first!) and while my skin is clearing and the detox flu seems to be lifting I am experiencing a slow down of weight loss.
I've added some light push ups and crunches to my day now that I'm no longer aching and I'm taking cayenne capsules, but is there anything else I can be doing to get back up to at least 1 lb a day?
I'm a numbers girl, I need my numbers fix. :)
I'm also wondering if my impending TOM has anything to do with the slow down, will I get a cleaning phase complete whoosh after the hormone roller coaster leaves town?
