3 Day Dry Fast- Day 1

Well today is my 1st day of my complete fast (no food, no water). I am on a 30 day fast but will begin my 1st 3 days on a dry fast. Its not so hard for me as I have heard stories of how hard it is for people to do a dry fast. Its 8:55am and I can tell my belly is about to start talking, I just ignore it. I will stay bizzy by going to church this morning, then staying bizzy helps. I will take a nap today and build up my strignth.

My goal is to lose 65 lbs and grow in God through all this. I have dedicated the next 30 days to reading the New Testament again and light exercise.

Dry fasting! NEW

Good luck to you if you are doing what you feel is best for you. I just want to know what are the reasons/advantages to dry fasting. I haven't ever read anything about it and can't imagine how it can be beneficial.

Do please explain and I look forward to hearing when you transfer to the water fasting which is, in my view a good way to start detoxing.
