30 Day Water Fast - Running While Water Fasting
I am on a 30-day fast and this is Day 3. When I started water fasting 3 days ago, I weighed in at 233. After 3 days I am now weighing in at 225.
I was a bit scared last night though because I had aches in my legs and felt pretty dizzy. But today I felt better. Except I went on a 3-mile run as I normally do, 5 days per week. But I realized that I was very weak and very sick after my run.
I will have to cut down on running while I am water fasting I guess. In total from ten months ago, I have lost 100 pounds. But I am doing the fast because I have been stuck lately and was not losing anymore.
I am hoping this water fast loosens those pounds and lets me continue. Before I started the fast I went on a strictly fruit and vegetable diet for a week to get ready.
Anyway, its a bit scary doing this unsupervised so I decided to come in here and see what other people are up to.
