30 Days of Fasting for Weight Loss

I will do a thirty day mainly water fast. I will also include some other calorie free or very low calorie healthy drinks like club soda or lemon juice mixed with water.
Today is my first day. In thirty days I plan to lose at least 15 pounds of fat and about 20-25 pounds of weight.
I will not work out for the next thirty days. I will get more sleep. I will take it a day at a time. I look forward to the end result.
I will save money on food. I will be able to fit into my favorite outfit. I will be more and more happy and healthy each day of the fast that I complete. I will be back.
