Hello, I know that it is a battle to keep the weight off after a fast. My suggestion is that you get into a fitness program and build some lean muscle. Muscle burns fat and keeps your metabolism cruising even when you are not eating. Even a walking program is excellent.

My recommendation to you is to eat a organic, whole foods, clean diet, either vegan or vegetarian (ORGANIC milk and eggs) in order to help you keep the weight off. Eat only organic whole grains, maybe try to go half the time gluten free. There are PLENTY of good books and cook books out there.....the Clean Eating Diet/Cookbook. The Clean Food Cookbook, Skinny Bitch in the Kitch......Oxygen Magazine also puts out a Clean Eating Magazine quarterly. www.vegweb.com has a slew of recipes (Not all are healthy just because they are vegan....watch the ingredients)....cook at high heat with refined coconut oil instead of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), which, when heated above 160 degrees turns into free radicals whereas the coconut oil (you need WAY LESS BY THE WAY) withstands the temperature just fine and cooks your food without being greasy. Use Cold Pressed EVOO on food AFTER It is cooked, including adding it to tomato sauce AFTER, sauteed veggies AFTER (Vegetables can be sauteed in water, it just means you have to stir them more frequently)in order to reap its healthy benefits; this way you are eating it "raw".
Salads are also a great choice and instead of dumping dairy and dressing all over it, try sprinkling sunflower seeds, EVOO, a little lemon, sea salt and fresh black pepper.
Other protien options are tofu and tempeh.

Get creative! USe different spices! You will also find that many ethnic foods are packed with veggies and an array of spices. Good luck and God Bless!

I truly believe ANYONE, who is dedicated to fasting will,
just remember its all in our head, its in our mind...
our head is the main barrier ... tell yourself how much this will change your life.

p.s did you really lose 30 pounds in just 2 weeks?
