30-Day Fast for Weight Loss - How Do You Keep the Weight Off After Fasting?

Hello

I just started a THIRTY day fast for the month of December. This is not my first fast. I've tried it numerous times in the past.

One thing I can tell you is that the quality of sleep and energy that I have while fasting is amazing. The feeling of "lightness" is truly wonderful.

However, I have not been able to keep the weight off that I lose. My first fast was in 2007. I fasted for two weeks and lost thirty pounds very quickly. I gained it all back after about six months.

This time around I am on a mission to clean myself out completely and keep the weight off.
Last I kept the weight off for six months by eating vegan. But then I crashed and burned.

The most important part, in my opinion, is to maintain that healthy eating lifestyle once the fast is over.

I am very motivated to press on until I succeed. Any motivation/encouragement will be appreciated.
