35 Day Water Fast - Fasting & Running? Looking for a Fasting Buddy!

Hi everyone,
I'm starting a 35-day water fast today (February 10th) at 12 noon. I have had an appalling diet of junk food for the past few months and am very toxic.
I began by eating only fruit and vegetables yesterday. This morning I had fruit for breakfast and am now ready to transition to water only. I do plan on drinking herbal teas and decaffeinated coffee.
I have already started noticing detoxifying symptoms - tongue coated with white stuff this morning. Had splitting headache last night. Feel very tired. Thats after only one day on fruit and veg.
This confirms what I already knew: I am highly toxic and need this water fast urgently!! I weighed myself this am: current weight = 131 pounds. Goal weight = 98 pounds.
I have 33 pounds of excess weight to lose. If I fast for 35 days I will lose it. Regarding exercise: I'm not sure yet..?? I would like to run for 30 mins every second day.
I ran yesterday, so will run again tomorrow (Wednesday February 11). I'm not sure yet about this since it often is not recommended that one exercise while water fasting. Any thoughts?
I'm also looking for support or a fasting buddy. If anyone wants to join me, we could email or whatever.
