40 Day Water/Tea Fast!! I Have a Few Questions

Hi there!
I've done a few water fasts in the past, and now I'm doing a 40 day one! This is my sixth day. I have a few questions.
I am drinking only water, green tea, and herbal tea, and I was wondering if I would be allowed to add a few drops of liquid stevia to my herbal tea, since it has 0 carbs and is all natural.
Also, on this website it says you lose an average of 1 pound per day, then others say that you only lose 0.5 pound per day. Which one is more true in you experiences? I hope it's the first because I really need to lose around 40-45 pounds by June.
Also, just curious, since starting I have not had any of the symptoms that people usually have. I haven't felt weak or had headaches and I haven't even had any hunger pains at ALL. Can this be normal?
Lastly, when it's over, how long until you can start doing more intense physical activity? That's all of my questions ^^.. Also a fasting buddy would be nice.
