45 Days to GO! Fasting Using the Grape Cure Method

Hi,

I decided to fast for health reasons and weight loss. I did a lot of research, I knew I couldn't do just a water fast, and I didn't want to do a Juice Fast. I found the Grape Cure Method.

This fast you only eat grapes and water. I love it, it's easy. I started the fast 10 days ago, my weight was 210 pounds when I started. Today I am 199 pounds :)

I am so happy and excited, I am not hungry, I eat a cup of grapes three times a day and drink about 4-6 Bottles of water per day.

I am also taking a colon cleansing MAG 07. Is mild, doesn't give you cramps. You can take up to 5 pills, but I am only taking two per day, just enough to get a bowel movement.

I'll keep you updated guys! My first goal is to weight 150 pounds when I finish the fast, then, after I am planning to take a week or two weeks break by eating vegetables and fruits, and then go back into the fast for another 25 days, for a 125 pounds weight.
