Fasting and weight loss

I gain weight so easily. I have high cholesterol and went vegan, but my triglycerides jumped 3 times higher. Could fasting help me?

Way to keep Muscle Tone

You need to get a book written by John E. Peterson titled "Isometric Power Rvolution" best book todate written on this subject matter. because it does not cause much damage tot he muscle it does not require much fuel or food to sustain and repair the muscle. You can easily do a rotating menu of exercise and train each body part 2-3 times a week with just 5-6 minutes a day of exercise. Obviously you will lose muscle mass and tone any time your body needs more protein and calories then you are taking in. The trick is to do as little damage as you can to the muscle while still using them daily!
