5 Days Water to Lose 20 pounds
I'm starting a 5 day water fast today! I did my salt water flush this morning and so far so good. I want to eat, but I have geared myself this whole week to start today.
I did a 10day water fast earlier this year and lost 28lbs and have kept it off so far. I am very careful of what I eat, but I often find myself wanting junk food, and sometimes slip.
I need to lose 20lbs more. I also think I need to start exercising regularly after this fast.
Since the last fast, I haven't exercised at all. I went from a size 14 growing onto size 16 to a size 8. I haven't been sick and have lost an abscess that I had growing for years. It's gone now. I feel so much better about myself.
It's really hard to get started again on another fast. Any support and motivation would be great.
