5-Day Water Fast with Prayer & Meditation

Today I am starting a five-day water fast. I feel so very happy about the prospect.

I did a 3-day water fast in August with prayer and meditation, and I really felt that I was supported through it.

I am going for five days this time, and again, am asking for spiritual help.

I weigh about 300 pounds and am finding it difficult to find clothes to fit into.

Watch this space - I will finish on Saturday night.

weight. However when you fast for long periods
of time without food, you are defeating the purpose. The body needs food to lose weight.
What you are initially doing is slowing down your
metabolism.

2nd Time Faster

I went on a 21-day fast where I only had fruit, veg and water. I lost 6kgs. I had 1 slip-up, but carried on.

I have NEVER felt so healthy and energized.

Now I want to do the same as I felt spiritually renewed.
