Try a one day Fast

I am on day 3 of my fast. I have been running around like crazy. I am surprised of how much energy I have. Since my body does not have any digestive work to do, I have more energy to spare. IF you are a first timer, go for a 24 hour fast and see how your body responds. The next time around, you could probably do 3 days or longer.

Fasting while working!

Hello,

Thats no problem. It works for me. You body gets use to it. I even go to the Gym while I am fasting.

The main thing is to focus on your goals. No ones knows that you are fasting unless you tell them.
Dont' forget to always keep something like a spray to keep your breath fresh. That is the only thing that will probably give you away, because when you are not eating it can sometimes come to faul breath.

Keep drinking and smiling. In the long run it will ber worth it.

Weekend Fast

If you want to fast but are afraid it might affect you at your work, fasting on weekends would be a good idea. For example, if you work from Monday to Friday, you may start your fasting on Friday evening and break your fast on Monday morning by drinking fruit juice (I recommend freshly extracted juice from a juicer). Then you may eat fruits later in the morning.

Another alternative would be alternate day fasting. You eat normally on one day and fast on the next day, then eat normally again on the following day, then fast again, and so on.
