Comment What helps me when I break my fast is to ease into it with juice and vegetables. I crave them after a fast, so it's not so difficult for me. Just do not eat meat or dairy!! And definitely not nutrient- free foods like candy or cookies or chips. According to an article that was written about a lab experiment on mice, the binging after the fast did not counteract the fast as one would think. So be easy on yourself and try to do better next time. You are already adding years to your life just from fasting any amount of time!
