Fitness Through Fasting Header

Bad Cycle!! :-( Need Help

I'm 19yrs old 5'4'' and went from weighing 126 pounds to now weighing 109 pounds but my problem is sticking to a fast, i did a 10day fast before and want to do another fast but can only seem to last 2 days without eating now and also i can never break my fasts properly..

I always end up binging after them and am TERRIFIED of gaining back the weight i lost if i start eating again:-(

Any suggestions how I can:

1.stick to a water fast again and
2.how to properly break a fast and
3.what to eat after ur fast that will not make u gain the weight back?
