Beginning a 3 Day Water Fast

Hi, I'm 35 and I've done a few 24-33 hr fasts before and this will be my first time attempting a 3 day fast. Today is day 1 for me and at 10:00 pm will make 24 hrs.
My main reason for fasting is weight loss and to be more healthy as well. I began trying to lose weight in July and have lost 18 pounds, but in the last 3 weeks I haven't lost a single pound.
My last fast was last month. So, today I decided was the right day to begin since I have nothing going on right now that I need to be anywhere for. I can be home and focus just on this. I do have a 6 yr old and we're homeschooling, but nothing outside of home that needs my attention.
So far today I am doing really well! I struggled a bit at the beginning on this fast with hunger, but feeling really relaxed and calm and feeling the best actually than I have in my other fasts.
The only thing is my hands and feet feel really cold. So, I just put some socks on and trying to stay relaxed. Day 1 almost over and hoping to make 2 more days. I'm excited and hoping to at least lose 3-5 pds.
