Breaking My 14 Day Fast

I just completed a 14 Day fast. Today starts my breaking of the fast. I'm trying to follow the advice for breaking a fast, to a T, that's on this website.

The fast was difficult, but I wasn't too worried about it. I've water fasted multiple times before. What I always have a problem with is breaking it. I never really go to the extreme (with pizza or burgers, etc), but I still get impatient and tend to rush into eating salads and nuts, etc. Can anyone relate to me? Like I said

I'm feeling pretty confident this time and I'm following the advice on this site. I've already had my first glass of watered down fresh juice.

On a more positive note: I have lost 25 lbs on this fast, I'm feeling great (especially after the boost of energy from the juice), and I'm ready to continue my health journey!
