The reason I put together an entire page specifically for this juicer is because I consider it to be the very best I have ever had the privilege of using. I purchased this unit because I was juice fasting constantly and mixing huge varieties of fruits and vegetables. I wanted a juicer with power to handle constant use not only by me, but my other colleagues and family members that came to the office on a regular basis. I lived by this juicer for the better part of three years - using it almost on a daily basis three or four times. If you are new to juice fasting, then this beauty will pretty much blow you away and make the juicing process totally painless. A lot of times, with other juicers, I sometimes had to cut the chunks of fruit and vegetables into smaller pieces - but not with this one! I particularly like to juice broccoli, squash, celery, carrots, water cress, apples, strawberries and cabbage. Yes, all in one juice : ). I completed a 60-day juice fast with this unit and it was just out of this world. I dumped whole apples into the head and huge chunks of broccoli- but the Breville just kept on humming as if nothing had happened.I truly banged the living daylights out of it and it hardly even flinched! I cannot recommend this equipment enough. It will pay for itself time and again by giving you consistent service for many years to come.
