Compulsive Overeating & Fasting - Help/Motivation Wanted

I am a compulsive over-eater. I have a very stressful school and work life and find myself slipping into a pattern where I eat one unhealthy thing and that triggers a binge. And when I say binge I don't mean eating a few too many slices of pizza...my last binge consisted of:
-a 15oz. bag of hot n' spicy chex mix -1 bowl of vanilla ice cream -a Dr. pepper -1 Shari's milkshake -about two cups of peanut butter -a tube of butter cream cake frosting -a piece of cold pizza -4 doughnuts -2 pop tarts -about four handfuls of chocolate chips -two 16 oz mochas -12 oz. starbucks greek yogurt parfait -piece of lemon cake -half a box of cereal -a piece of chocolate cake -2 cookies -2 energy bars -a breakfast sandwich -10 Ritz crackers
and there might even be more. Obviously this is a huge problem that is more than hunger. I am a very small person, about 5'2 and 110 lbs. But this has GOT TO STOP.
So I am doing a 3 day(to start with) water fast followed by a raw food diet. Hopefully this will give my system to rest so I can restart my relationship with food and eating. Any pointers?
