Day 11 of 40-Day Water Fast - Fasting & Heartburn?

by Bill
(Yellowknife, N.T. Canada)

I have just completed the tenth day of forty day water fast. I started at a weight of 230.5 pounds; and weighed in today at 211.4 pounds. So far everything seems to progressing nicely.

My biggest complaint to date, is occasional heartburn. My routine so far, has been to do some exercise in the morning such as Hindu push-ups, sit-ups, leg raises, power lifts with 40lbs. hand weights. ( I don't do all of those in a single session)

And in the evening, I'll go for an hour long walk, and pick up groceries for the family. I have been doing salt water flushes regularly; and will continue to do them every 3rd day.

I haven't had any occurrences of light headedness or dizzy spells. And my muscles aren't experiencing any soreness from exercise.

However, if anyone has any insights on the heartburn, or ways to alleviate it, I would be happy to hear from you.

Thank You!
