Fitness Through Fasting Header

Day 1......again

I am a 41 yr old woman. 5'4'' 135 lbs. I want to lose about 20 pounds through fasting and then get back in shape through yoga and weight training.

I do realize that my current weight is not horrendous but I have a small frame and none of my cute clothes fit me anymore. I am still curvy at 115. I am starting a water fast again today.

I want to go for 21 days at least but want my body to be my guide. The potential issue I have is that my work is very strenuous physically and I can't take time off or even slow down.

So I am wondering if it would be best to juice on my work days and do water on the days I am off. But would this make it so my hunger never goes away? Any thoughts? Anyone want to partner up for support??
