I have fasted for 5 days, and 8 days. Each time after fasting I became pregnant (1 with a set of twins). I suggested to a friend who was also having problems getting pregnant to fast, she did, and a few weeks later became pregnant! I alwasys suggest fasting, even if its not completley water to help the body heal itself and allow for an easier healhier way to jumpstart pregnancy. Congratulations!

That is great news. I started fasting years ago to gain control over growing fibroids. I did a 31 day fast and the smaller ones were no longer apparent to the touch. My largest one shrunk from the size of a grapefruit to the size of...maybe an egg.

I have been a raw foodist for four years. I believe that mantaining that lifestyle has prevented further growth as well. Recently I have noticed that they are once again growing. For the first time in four years I went back to a cooked vegan diet. I also am experience mental confusion (which is partially what led me backed to the cooked lifestyle - I am questioning most aspects of my life and believes, currently). I am unsure if it is the diet, the emotional state, or a combination of the two that is leading me to experience the regrowth.

Would you mind keeping us updated on your progress? WOuld you let us know of any changes for the better or the worse?

am so encouraged by yourtestimony. i am also 39 with multiple fibroids and trying for a baby. is it that you ate absolutely nothing? how did you survive for 28 days?
