Fasting and undertaking a university education
by smck2512
Hello all
After gaining over 50 pounds throughout very stressful times in my life, its come to my attention that i really need to do something about my heath. Smoking and constant binging is really taking a toll on my body, i am constantly exhausted and my back aches.
I want to start a fast for at least 20 days, though the only thought holding me back is one for my degree.
I study a bachelor of media and communications and a bachelor of laws at a very competitive university, I'm worried that i won't have the energy to complete all that is expected of me.
Is this just an excuse I'm concocting in my mind, or is this a legitimate concern? How is everyone going with their study/work schedules during their fasts?
Much love and peace to you all, lex x
