Fasting Beginner -- Tips on Getting Over First Few Days?
I'm fairly new to fasting. I have tried a few times before, but have always failed. After trying for a few days without success, I finally completed a fast yesterday.
But then I woke up at 3:30 in the morning, and ate quite a lot of bad food. And it continued this morning. Yesterday I felt so energetic and happy.
Today I feel tired and lethargic. I know fasting will really help me, but I can't seem to stick to it for very long.
Any tips on getting over the first few days?
And will it get easier after that?
