Fasting Commences... Who is With Me?

That's it! I've had enough of myself and lack of both discipline and control.

I know exactly how to lose these 15-20 pounds. I have the tools and resources (healthy young body, water, outdoors, sneakers, kickboxing membership, vegetable juicer). However, I have been too lazy and persistently make excuses to with cook and eat with my boyfriend everyday. Im getting FAT. This is not cute. No matter how much "quality time" we spend together, FAT IS RARELY CUTE.


Third times the charm. Here I go. Fasting for 7 DAYS!

One week until Christmas Eve, where I will be facing my family and old friends. I simply refuse to be seen as "the one who got fat" and I have the capability to make sure I look and feel great.


I need your support! Please give me advice on how not to break my fast at night when im craving during the first 2 days...it's hard but i know it's worth it. How do you guys feel about taking fat burners while fasting? They give me energy to work out and i see better results, quicker.

Please post your experience, or your friends experience with fasting and how much they lost.

Do you think i can get down to 114 by New Years Eve? I am currently 132 lbs.

114 is my goal!

I am going to be in a bikini most of January and doing photo shoots and i simply can not embarrass myself at this weight. My face is a bloated circular blob. Will diuretics help? or adding lemon to my water? I need advice!!!

114 by New Years Eve! Wish me luck, i think i can do it! Post your goals!!!! What are you aiming for and have you achieved quick weight loss with fasting? Do you ever incorporate calorie free drinks like soda, or does that inhibit weight loss? Would you recommend cardio, like kickboxing, or just walking?
