Fasting Goal: 100 lbs In 100 Days

Hi everyone

What an inspirational website! I have been looking for information and support of my quest to lose 100lbs in 100 days. My idea was to use fasting to get into ketosis and then eat a minimal protein diet to lose weight.

What I have found is all the additional wonderful benefits of fasting - I am 8 days in my water fast and I feel the best I have in years - I am 46 years old and started at 331 and after week one I am to 309!

Best of all I am feeling stronger and healthier every day and I am off my diabetes medicine and my heart medicine and maintaining healthy numbers - Amazing!
