Fasting Support

Hi all,
I'll be starting a 7-day water fast. The reason is I have developed very bad eating and binging habits lately, so I wanted a complete clean out so I can start a healthy journey again. I've done it once before in a retreat and felt wonderful afterwards.
At the retreat, it wasn't so hard since I didn't need to do much and just slept and read a lot.
But I find it hard to do more than a day or two of fasting when I'm working and living my regular life.
Any help/inspiration would be most appreciated.
