Fasting Under Supervision at a Clinic or Similar Facility. Is This Option Available in the US?

My Mom, who previously fasted as long as 17 days, wants to fast again, but this time under supervision of a medical professional.

Is that option available in United States. Are there any clinics or institutes where you can do that? Your help is greatly appreciated.
