Fat Versus Muscle

Phew this is a difficult question. I found that when I fasted, juice only for 5 days, my stomach shrunk and became flatter. I think it also depends on how much body fat and muscle a person has.

Exercise plays a huge role in burning off body fat, and keeping it off. Everybody's metabolism is different, so it is difficult to say how much weight you will lose while on a water fast. Depends on the duration and type of fast.

I lost 2kilograms during my 5 day juice fast, but I was exercising as well. I have managed to keep the weight off, by eating a diet consisting of fruit only and lots of water.

Best is to try a water fast and see the results for yourself, you won't be disappointed. This brilliant web site has a host of information.
