First time fasting!

Hello all mI am currently on day 16 and let me just say entering my 3rd week is SO much easier then the first and even the beginning of the second week.
my first week the worst was day 2-3-4. I felt HUNGRY my stomach was growling, I still needed to make meals for my family and that was torture! I felt dizzy, nauseated, and weak weak weak.
I muscled through and by the start of the second week I felt weak, tired and my tummy growled a couple times.
Now in the 3rd week i am rarely hungry.. I have juice a couple times a week and herb tea and water.
my first challenge since week one came last night. an incredible "need" for salt. i craved a green olive or a pepperoncini so so bad I just couldn't take it.. I sucked the juice out of about 15 pepperoncini's . ahhhhh so satisfying. I now the sodium isn't good but at least i didn't eat something.. right? I think "auntie flow" may be visiting this week
regarding wt. loss.. my first 7day weigh in was 11 1/2 pounds! whooooo hooo of course I new it was mostly water but i still enjoyed seeing it on the scale:) the next weigh in was day 14 - I had virtually no calories that week and I only lost 5 1/2 pounds!! DAMNNNNNNNNNN ;(
very disapointing
i felt like throwing in the towel.. i didn't
beet juice for tomorrow
