First Time Water Fasting; Help With Headaches!

Hi everyone,

I'm a Filipino and a single mom, I have a 4 yr old boy. I'm 5'5 and weigh 121lbs.

They said I'm not fat but I don't like my belly fat and love handles. When I was 4months pregnant I weighed just about 95lbs.

But after 4 years here I am 20+lbs heavier.

My concern is, I tried fasting before but was always bugged with severe headaches. Any remedies?
I need to lose weight in 5 weeks time. Thanx!
