30 Days of Fasting Is Too Much For You

As a first time faster 30 days is a recipe for failure.

Try starting with a 7-day fast with no exercise, then a week of eating veggies only, then another 7-day fast with 1 hour of moderate treadmill walking per day.

Then another week of veggies only, then a 14-day fast with moderate exercise. This type of structure should help you reach your goal.

From your photo you don't appear to carry 190 too badly, How tall are you?
