Fitness Quest Total Gym
I had the 1500 in storage collecting dust for some time until, after completing a 40-day water fast, I found my self in need of recouping strength and muscle tone as well as reducing some lose skin that had ensued from not eating for so long. After contemplating joining several gyms, I suddenly remembered the Total Gym and retrieved it from storage. I can tell you that it was the best decision I could have made. The Total Gym is simply amazing in addition to sturdy and cost effective. With one of these models, you really do not need much else since it gives you a total body workout -- much more thorough that I could have expected from a home exercise machine. My suggestion is that, if you are in bad physical shape or have not exercised in a long time, you take it easy. Start out with a 15 to 30 minute workout three days per week for a month. After that, increase the time to 45 minutes and keep the three days. At one point I was using the Fitness Quest Total Gym five days per week for about 45 minutes each day. This may be an option of you need to lose more than 40 pounds, or if you completed finished juice or water fasting and need to regain strength and muscle tone. If you are using the machine after fasting, I can tell you from experience that it will give you a very solid foundation from which to build a solid diet and fitness program for the rest of your life. Warm Regards,
