Getting Started

I am researching a fasting support group and hope this is the place. I have successfully fasted over the years and recently awakened with fasting in my morning meditation.

I have weight loss goals and mental clarity goals. I plan to start in May. Ideally, posting would be a great way for me to journal my progress and challenges as well as receiving support from those who log on to this site.

At the end of my fast, I am considering intermittent fasting as a lifestyle. I did some reading on the process and it makes sense for me. Dieting does not.
