I have also fasted for a number of days, ranging from 3-14 days. The last one was completed about a week ago or so, and lasted 7 days. After those 7 days ate nothing but fruits and vegetables, and lots of water.
I now want to kick off with another fast, as they are getting progressively easier as my body becomes cleaner each time.
Which is why I believe that if you think you "failed" a fast, don't beat yourself up about it. You more than likely cleansed some parts of yourself, and fasting again will continue that.
So I will be starting again on the 21st... If anyone wants to kick off from there or is already in, that's when I'm going.

Hi Imnet and Lee - thanks for the posts. We can do it! Day 1 is almost over guys! The 1st day or two are hardest for me.
For breakfast I had an Orange Carrot Mango fresh squeezed from Jamba Juice. I then prepared a carrot apple beet at home.
Do you guys have any favorite mixtures to share?
As far as the daily temptation, I had family over earlier and they ordered pizza, however, when asked if I was going to eat, I firmly passed.
Nobody cared since there was more for them to eat. LOL However, thats not always the case with MOM, but she wasnt here today.
I instead jumped in the pool for a swim. Yey for me. I have probably attempted to started 10 fasts in the past three months but never get past the 1st or 2nd day.

I have to improve on my health and loose some weight.
It is nice when you have others in the same journey. Looking forward to completing my 20-day fast.
