Help With Fasting Symptoms - White Tiny Nuggets From Throat or Lungs. Is This Normal Fasting Detox? Should I Use an Enema While Fasting?

Hey Everybody,

I was wondering if anybody could help me with this question. I am a male college student and am fairly overweight.

I've tried juice fasting three times but I've stopped every time because after about three days I feel miserable.

I understand this is part of the detox process, but my body starts producing these little white "nuggets" that come from my throat (or possibly my lungs).

They are only a few millimeters across and are kinda the consistency of a clump of Parmesan cheese. They smell like sweaty feet.

Once, a small red fleshy thing even came up. Is this normal or a sign of a problem? Also do I need to use an enema to keep my digestive system going?

Some people seem to strongly suggest it, but others don't really mention it. It would be kinda hard to use an enema in a dorm.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

They are called "Tonsil Stones". They contain sulfur & bacteria from the mouth. They collect in the pocket areas of the tonsils & at times are coughed up. They have a horrible smell when you break them open. I have had the off & on since I was 16yrs. old. They are harmless, just annoying & embarassing should one dislodge while you're having a conversation or intimate moment.

What worked for me was brushing more often & using a tongue scraper. I also gargled with peroxide & alternated gargling with warm sea salt water. Every morning I dirink Apple Cider Vinegar which has done wonders for them & I haven't had any for at least 4 months now.

Try shorter fasts until you build up to longer ones

I found that after three days my fasting becomes easier. I remember when I first started fasting, one day was terrible. I had tons of headaches. I have come to know now that my body was expelling toxins, and so many at once caused the headaches. Build up your fasting,by taking small steps at a time. Try 1 meal, then try fasting from morning until your evening meal. These fasts are manageable. Then try two days, and then three. ALL though out the year. My husband and I can do 7 now, and we know some people who can go much longer, but it is a gradual process. We fast our breakfast and lunch two days of the week now, and do a 7 day fast two times a year. We built this up over several years. If you jump into 7 days, I am sure you would fall over. I find that my body wants food the first day at the regular supper and lunch times. After this, I find it is ok. At one time, it wasn't like this what so ever. So over time we have trained our bodies. Fasting can remove built up toxins in your body rapidly. It is the number one way to get rid of diseases. Don't give up, try another time. In addition, your body starts eating up the waste such as fat in the body which is a bonus. There are so many benefits to it.

I've had those from time to time. I think they are totaly untrlated to fasting. They are likely a food particle that was lodged in the folds of flesh in your throat. They sure do smell! I didn't worry about it.
