i just added you, so accept your next add.
i would be absolutely thrilled to share this experience with you.

i believe we will be able to really understand eachother as we have both been there,
I myself am quite short, and have always been a healthy weight, and i was happy with my weight, healthy but still thin.

and now i really am so disgusted by my body, and i hate saying that, but it is truly how i feel right now..
the truth is, i want to live again
and i believe that if i feel healthy, think healthy, and look healthy... life will be so much enjoyable.

I feel your pain!

Hi,

I know exactly how you feel... I used to be thin and HAPPY before I succumbed to binge eating... I can put on 6kg (13lb) in a weak EASY just from my binge eating habits. I used to be 63kg (140lb) and was quite content at this weight but now I've ballooned to 75kg (165lb)! I recently fasted for 7 days successfully (an upcoming event was the only thing that got me through) and lost 13lb but didn't break it properly and am now just shy of where I started. I would really really like to complete my ultimate goal, 21 days fasting. 21 days is the standard length of time to break a habit and I really need to get rid of my dependency on food... it rules my life and I bascially never leave the house now so that I can either EAT or because I feel too big/fat/bloated from a previous binge to go out.
