Here it is, This is It - Fasting to Overcome Poor Eating...Support Wanted

Here is the truth, I'm young and overweight.
But it hasn't always been like this, I was once thin and gorgeous and, more importantly, Happy.

It all changed when I moved schools and my parents divorced... etc.I don't want to pour my heart out, but hey we all have our rough times...
and for some, like myself, Find food as an escape.

After months of eating junk, and foods that gave me a ridiculous happiness for the 2 mins they were in my mouth, Its now time to embark on a new chapter of my life.

I have fasted before, and I have done many juice fasts. But I have never needed to fast so badly in my life.I always was a healthy eater, and I was always out and about... or participating in sport.

That all changed, and now that im so depressed and repulsed by what i have become,
i avoid getting out of the house completely.

So i am thinking about water fasting for minimum 15 days, and i would be absolutely thrilled to make 20. so at least i will be happier, refreshed and fitter for Christmas.

This post is pretty much my cry for help, my cry for advice and my cry for support.

I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips on how to stay focused, how to make myself go longer, and if there are any dangers in going this long? Also how much weight i should expect to lose if i were to do a 20 day fast.
