girl please! I think everone has these problems. I remedied it by posting incentives on my bathroom mirror so that when I get up at night to use the restroom, I can resist mindlessly walking in to the kitchen. It takes me out of the sleepwalk mode and reminds my brain to abstain.

Night-time Eating
by: K-Town

I have started and restarted fasting quite a few times this month. I can go through the day just fine, but at night, I can't fall asleep and I inevitably start eating. I become weakest at night. Has anyone found a way to deal with insomnia while fasting?
