just writing to let you know, That I have the same trouble, I LOVE FOOD, I LOVE TO EAT, there is nothing wrong with loving food, the only problem is THE KIND OF FOOD we are eating. I just did a 10 day fast , and i'm in day 2 of my 40 day fast, and you know what? it's all in my head. I had to reset my mind and make it understand that those bad choises is what got me into this condition in the first place, I comfort myself by thinking that I'm going to eat again, in a few day's. AND when ever I feel like braking my fast I read PROVERBS 23:2 it works everytime.

Are you looking for a fasting buddy? A week and a half ago I completed a 49 day cleansing fast. 4 weeks I used organic homemade meat/veggie broth and raw milk, 1 week I added young coconut to it to help w/my electrolytes. Two weeks at different times I did water only. Let me know if you need someone, I'm happy to help you if you need. I'll even fast again w/you if you need me too, just looking for an excuse to fast again! he he.... hugs, Leslie

Hello, sorry to hear about your battle with weight. One thing, this guy is not worthy of you if he dumped you because of your looks, and besides we all have flaws whether physical or emotionally. This website has so much information about fasting dieting and spiritual welfare. I also went off the rails a while ago, eating all the wrong stuff and plenty of it. Clothes became tighter and the body became fatter and I was becoming miserable. I found this site, and what a feast of information. Seen that I have a tendency to overeat, I decided to stuff myself with fruit and fruit and fruit, far better choice than all the bad stuff(pies, crisps, cake bread etc.) After about 2 weeks of just fruit and water I found that I was losing weight and feeling emotionally good, and this encouraged me to go on a fruit juice fast for 5 days. Results amazing, and now I still eat mostly raw fruit/vegetables with nuts and seeds as a snack. Sure now and again I still eat junk, but immediately go onto a fruit juice fast to get back on track and the weight comes off. My golden rule, when I put something in my mouth it must be fruit or even vegetables(carrots, brocolli, cauliflower all raw) If you can just get over that little hill with determination and see the results you will be well on your way to a healthier happier gal.God Bless and keep trying.

Im in da same boat as you I'm struggling with my food addiction to but Im determine to never stop trying I just keep going and long as you never give up trying to get in controll well your half way their.Good Luck!!!
