I Just Cannot Break My Addiction To Food - Advise Wanted

I have wanted to lose weight forever. I lost weight by watching my calories and walking everyday for an hour over the summer and I lost about 30lbs doing it. But I have gained all of it back and then some.

Now I'm eager to lose it all and get to my ideal weight. I am obese and weigh about 270lbs. I was 235lbs after losing weight but I gained it back.

I cannot seem to break my addiction to food and I want help on how to lose it. I want people to look at me and see me as beautiful. I was stood up by a guy and it might have been due to the way I look.

I just want to be happy, healthy, thin and beautiful. If you have any tips or advice, please feel free to share...
