Well, I hope you are holding strong on your fast. I am on day 5 of a water/juice fast also shooting for 30 days.

I did a juice fast a few years ago for 21 days and then ate by accident one day. I am determined to make it this time till hunger returns, as you are.

Just wanted you to know, you are not alone. I am on the trek too. Take care and happy fasting.
