Intermitent Fasting - The Challenge of Fasting - Support & Encouragement Needed

I am doing 24hours fasting and 24 hours regular eating 3 times a week Saturday and Sunday I do 48 hours. Who says it is easy?

My goal is to get at my basic weight which is 20 pounds less even though I am 57 years old I practice lots of tennis and outdoor activities in three month I think I will reach my comfort zone.

Thank you for all your articles about fasting....believe me it has help a lot. Any one familiar with that kind of fast?

I will love to hear from anyone the likes to fast....likes I think is not the right word....but anyone that fast gets my approval it is a big confrontation with yourself...big challenge.
