Hi Linda! You have gotten off to a great start! I am so proud of you! Keep it up. Don't look at yourself in the mirror and keep your mind on the present when hunger or pain strikes. And please, don't worry about being a "wimp" as you said.
Excedrin is fine and tea, Hoodia is good also. I would recommend you get some seltzer water and put a squeeze of lemon in it. The effervescence always helps to calm my hunger pains for some reason.
Oh, and for continuity with your fasting blog entries, just go to this entry on the Fasting Forum page and post each new entry as a comment. Let me know.
I can move your last entry and put it underneath this one so it flows from one entry to another. It's up to you. Hang in there. You can do it. You sound like a wonderful lady and I am proud to have you as part of our fasting family.
