Hey there! I am also 26 and have been studying fasting for almost a year now. The longest fast I have ever done was 14 days drinking water only. My results were fantastic. I am just starting a long fast, today is day 3, and I hope to go for 30 or 40 days. I can tell you that after a week it gets much easier and you start to feel some euphoria! At least that's what happened to me. On my 14 day fast I exercised for almost an hour every morning and worked my usual shift ever day which was about 6 hours. I never had a problem with energy lost, if anything - I had too much energy! What really helped me was doing positive affirmations constantly and using visualization to picture myself and my goal. I have heard that it is best to juice fast for days when you need energy (school, work etc.) and to switch to water fasting on weekends when you can rest at home.

I have time off of work and am taking a course by correspondence so I am embarking on a 40 day water fast. I did lots of research and have read from various sources that it is discouraged to go on a water fast while busy (even the 10 day one).
