My First Experience With Fasting

Wow, never in my short time of life did I ever think I had the strength to say "no" to food. I have decided to do this fast because I have seen and heard experiences of successful weight losses.

I need to be in at LEAST 135 for my dads wedding ( which is in 5 days and I am currently 147... I have lost three pounds on day one because I was initially, b4 the fast, 150) I am done with day one if my 5 day Water fast and I feel completely normal.

I haven't had any pains or cramps but I do get mini-blackouts ( u know when ur laying down and u get up really quickly everything gets dark) and that's about it. I hope I stay this way too.

I've heard that there are worst side affects, for example: headaches, dizziness, fainting, cramps, nausea and etc. Besides having mini-blackouts I also experiment an empty feeling in my stomach, as if I were filled with air inside.

I haven't had any craving for foods. My little technique is to watch inspirational videos on YouTube of how skinny I want to be (125-130).
I also sleep alot so the day goes by faster and I won't b awake thinking about food. For example today, I woke up at ten and had water and one lemon then for lunch and then before I go to bed.

When I drink this ( well I chug it down actually) my craving are killed. And I am not hungry anymore, I keep my mind busy during the day and food is less appetizing to me.

(omg!! In about 30 minutes I will have completed my first WHOLE day without eating anything) my family doesn't know I'm fasting because I pretend I'm eating when I'm really just piling up the food on my plate to one side and I say I have eaten cereal in the morning and for dinner so they have no idea. I will leave another blog when day two is over! Much love
