Need fasting advice on forced nueroleptics

Hello everyone,
I am being forced to take nueroleptics and they have the side effect of weight gain and increase appetite. I would love to do a fast or just do raw fruit and vegetables.
My willpower is very low. What advice can you give me. I would really like to do a 3 day water fast to start and then maybe go on fruits and vegetables for a day or two and then water fast again. I am looking for someone to encourage me because its very hard to control my appetite in my case. Please advise.
